Holiday cottages in Finland – Merikoivula Villas with modern Nordic furnishings are located in Turku Archipelago in a quiet pine forest in about 100 to 200 meters from the sea.

A cottage in the archipelago is a vacationer’s dream!

The villas have 1.5 floors and can easily accommodate two families. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the second floor – up to 8 beds in total. Bed linen, towels and post-stay cleaning as well as firewood and 1 bag of charcoal are included in accommodation price.

In the living room with an open kitchen, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the wonderful forest view from the floor-to-ceiling window.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom and a sofa corner on the second floor. All beds can be easily converted into a double bed.

You can spend time on the villa’s 50 m2 terrace with a spacious canopy, either grilling on Kamado Joe(read the user tips) or otherwise just having some rest. You can relax in the 90-degree sauna, where the HUUM electric heater offers a significant sauna experience that combines a thousand-year-old tradition with modern Nordic design. Seaside holiday cottages in Finland – this is sports, fishing, islands and fresh air!

The Villas have a modern kitchen with high-quality kitchen equipment and tableware (electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, kettle and fully automatic coffee machine Jura). The dining table seats up to eight people. In addition, all villas have a TV and free internet. There is a shower room, hairdryer and two toilets, as well as a drying cabinet for drying clothes.

ATTENTION!

One of the seven villas has a accessible solution, which, unlike the other villas, is equipped with a ramp and a larger toilet on the first floor.  This villa does not have a drying cabinet for drying clothes. Wheelchair access is available on the ground floor.

Two of our Villas have safety gates, of course, for our younger guests.

The cottages can be used all year round; the heat source is an air-water heat pump.

Holiday cottages in Finland:

• Please note! We do not have a 24/7 reception, but we are just a phone call away and are usually working somewhere on-site during business hours;
• Parking is available next to the cottage;
• Check-in from 15:00, Finnish Passenger Card will be sent beforehand and must be filled;
• Check-out latest at 11:00;
• Smoking is forbidden inside;
• Two small pets are allowed upon prior registration and against extra fee 30€/pet;
• Use of a free rowing boat is free of charge, if reserved in advance it costs 20€/day.
• Motorboats are also available for rent; for your own boat, you must book a paid guest berth in advance.
• Accommodation price includes: bed linen, towels, post-stay cleaning, 1 bag of charcoal and firewood. Also, the use of tennis courts and other game and sports courts is free for you.
• Please note that the post-stay cleaning service does not include washing dishes and taking the garbage out to our recycling station. You can find waste sorting instructions in the house information folder. All other instructions are also located there, and you will gain access to the online version of the folder one week before your arrival.
• The large seaside sauna is available for shared independent use by guests from spring to autumn every day from 6:30 P.M. to 10 P.M., unless it is booked for a special event. Reservations must be made in our online store by 15:00 on the same day, The additional charge is 20€ per house per day. Detailed booking instructions will be sent one week before your arrival.
• Do you like sea view and sunset? As our guest, you can book the Holm seaside sauna and hot tub for a private use at a 50% discount; you will receive the promo code with your accommodation confirmation letter, and you can make your reservation ONLINE
• There is WiFi available in the Villa.
