Cottage with sauna Villa Holm is a  cozy log house from 1985 with all amenities, renovated in 2021 and located in about 100 m from the sea. The house has 1.5 floors. Both the ground floor and the second floor have two bedrooms, 8 people in total. One bedroom has queen size double bed. Bed linen, towels, post-stay cleanup and one bag of charcoal are included in accommodation price.

In the living room with an open kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the window. At your disposal is a modern kitchen with high-quality kitchen equipment and tableware. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, kettle and a fully automatic Jura coffee machine. There is also local digital TV and the internet.

It is very nice to spend time on the terrace of the villa, to enjoy the sea view while just relaxing or grilling. But not just grilling, but on fantastic ceramic Kamado Joe (read the user tips) and there are two complimentary bags of charcoal. The villa has a shower room and one toilet(two in “blue” Villa), as well as a drying cabinet for drying clothes. You can relax in the 90-degree sauna, where the HUUM electric heater offers a significant sauna experience that combines a thousand-year-old tradition with modern Nordic design.

This cottage with sauna is available all year round. The heat source is an air-to-air heat pump.

• Please note! We do not have a 24/7 reception, but we are just a phone call away and are usually working somewhere on-site during business hours;
• Parking is available next to the cottage;
• Check-in from 15:00, Finnish Passenger Card will be sent beforehand and must be filled;
• Check-out latest at 11:00;
• Smoking is forbidden inside;
• Two small pets are allowed upon prior registration and against extra fee 30€/pet;
• Use of a free rowing boat is free of charge, if reserved in advance it costs 20€/day.
• Motorboats are also available for rent; for your own boat, you must book a paid guest berth in advance.
• Accommodation price includes: bed linen, towels, post-stay cleaning, 1 bag of charcoal. Also, the use of tennis courts and other game and sports courts is free for you.
• Please note that the post-stay cleaning service does not include washing dishes and taking the garbage out to our recycling station. You can find waste sorting instructions in the house information folder. All other instructions are also located there, and you will gain access to the online version of the folder one week before your arrival.
• The large seaside sauna is available for shared independent use by guests from spring to autumn every day from 6:30 P.M. to 10 P.M., unless it is booked for a special event. Reservations must be made in our online store by 15:00 on the same day, The additional charge is 20€ per house per day. Detailed booking instructions will be sent one week before your arrival.
• Do you like sea view and sunset? As our guest, you can book the Holm seaside sauna and hot tub for a private use at a 50% discount; you will receive the promo code with your accommodation confirmation letter, and you can make your reservation ONLINE
